Introducing Our Crash Replacement Policy

Did you have a fiery wreck in your favorite Builder Design Co. garment?
You survived, but your garment didn't. Bummer! We got you covered. 

While it would be nice to think that nothing ever goes wrong, crashing is a big part of pushing your limits. Hard work and determination can eventually take its toll. Worst case scenario, you get unlucky and are out for a couple months. Second to that would be wrecking the gear that you just bought; you were just falling in love with it and now it’s ruined. It’s no one’s fault but it definitely sucks. 

This crappy feeling is why we created the Crash Replacement Policy. We offer a crash replacement garment during the first 90 days after you receive your order. Just send us photos of the damage, give us a good story of how it happened, and we will replace your beloved item for only a small fee, plus shipping. 

We want you to know that we are there for you when you’re down. Literally. Down on the ground. By hooking you up with a new garment, we hope to lift you up and get you back to shredding again. While we gladly offer this policy, we also hope you never have to use it and you and your new apparel live happily ever after.
