FAQ

Got questions? Hopefully we have answers here! If not, shoot us an email at store@builderdesign.co to get more information.

1) Do you donate to trail building organizations like the WMBC, SORCA, or Evergreen?

Yes, and no. We volunteer countless hours with as many trail organizations that will have us. In 2019 alone, we worked with over 5 different trail building organizations. We rarely ride places we don't dig at first.  If that is the case, it's only because legally, we aren't allowed to. In addition, we use our own personal funds to supply ourselves with tools for building and tools are not cheap! While we would love to someday donate to these organizations in a notable amount, we just don't have the funds... yet!

2) What is your policy on supply chain visibility and humane labor practices?

All of our suppliers have high standards of social responsibility. Our main supplier that we use for jackets and hoodies (which is what we mostly offer) is WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) certified. All of our screen printing is done by us, the owners, in our own shop. We create the designs ourselves. Our stickers are made by either us, or Stickers For Days located in Bellingham, WA. To our best knowledge, everyone involved is practicing humane labor. However, we can't promise we don't over work ourselves as small business owners. If you have any more questions, or would like to know about a specific garment, please shoot us an email at store@builderdesign.co

3) My item is defective. What do I do?

Oh no! We'd like to think every garment is made absolutely perfect and blessed by the loam/pow gods. However, mistakes happen. If you notice anything wrong with your garment within the first 90 days, apart from normal wear and tear, let us know! Send us an email at store@builderdesign.co with your order number, a photo of the garment, and we will work on replacing it. If it's been longer than 90 days, send us an email and photo anyway and we will decide on replacement on a case by case bases.
