Crash Replacement Policy Terms

Did you have a fiery wreck in your favorite Builder Design Co. garment?
You survived, but your garment didn't. Bummer! We got you covered. 

With every purchase, we offer a crash replacement during the first 90 days after you receive your order.

A replacement will only be sent out if the original garment was damaged while being worn during a crash. It does not cover negligence, theft, or deliberate damage.

Customer is required to send us high quality photos that show the entire garment and its damage. Customer is also required to give us a detailed description of how the crash and the damage happened. 

Each crash replacement is determined on a case by case basis. We have the right to refuse to replace certain garments if we think it doesn't fall under the requirements of this policy.

Proof of purchase is required to qualify for a crash replacement. 

If both parties agree to proceed, Builder Design Co. will provide the exact garment that was originally purchased. If the item is no longer available, we will replace it with the closest item available for equal value. The customer will pay a small fee for the replacement to cover materials. Each fee is subject to change in relation to the garment and current pricing for it. Each fee will be for a fraction of the original purchasing price and not the full retail price.

If customer is not within pickup or delivery range, the customer will be required to pay for shipping costs. 

Each item purchased is limited to ONE crash replacement within the 90 days of receiving the original item. 

If you have already redeemed a crash replacement for an item, we will not offer a replacement for the same item.

We also limit the number of crash replacements within a one year period. You may not exceed three replacements within a one year period.
